The BodyMind can seem Discontiguous

My experience of my body-and-mind is decidedly discontiguous. If two movements are contiguous if they share a common boundary so that nothing can come between, then it couldn't be that between willed parts of a sequence unexpected experiences could happen. But during the following parts of willed sequences unexpected things did happen:

Even in drawing an imaginary line from the crown of my head to my big toe, there are many gaps in the process in which all kinds of unexpected events pop up. The more anatomy I learn and the more Tai Chi I practice to smooth out this flow of body awareness, the more frustrated I become with the gaps, but they don't go away.
